Closer to a 2 star hotel than four. I came to Sardegna on holidays with my Italian family for a week being 4 people. We guided ourselves by the reviews, naively thinking it would really be a 4 starts in terms of services and commodities but let me tell you this is not even close and I am speaking from experience, anyone that has been before to these places would recognise it from a mile away. Here a few details: - NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS, even though the establishment claims to have wifi included (they do but in the reception) - felt like being back to 2010 in some crazy remote location. - NO CLEANING SERVICE AT ALL, paying a considerable amount of money, circa €400 per head, and not having your room cleaned one single day during the stay? Not even a change of towels? Outrageous. - “KITCHEN” IN A BOILING HOT OPEN TERRACE, what’s the point? Useless kitchen equipment including knifes, old pans, and the smallest fridge you can imagine. No microwave, toaster or similar as well as no spices, salt or anything at all to cook. - BROKEN SHOWER, the shower is broken and even though you can perfectly use it the shower head would have 3 different streams. - THINER WALLS THAN “PANE CARASAU”, I could hear all sorts of things during our stay, from people having a shower or a dump to making love as if they were literally next to me. People would be really noisy specially at night. At the end of the day, going to a 4 stars should be having those things, from my humble point of view, covered, and I am not even talking about a more feedback focused service or a minimum ask by the establishment on how the stay is going or even a simple “how was your stay?” at the check out, which you expect to be asked and surprisingly they could not care less. Same with the rest, again, a 4 star residence with no WiFi in the rooms? No swimming pool? In addition, the beach is about 15 excruciating mins walking distance to a man made beach that is nothing compared to the amazing a beautiful beaches you’d have in a 10-15 mins drive, so do not waste your time going there. I will also add that the residence was clean in an appropriate location, I truly do not have nothing against the place but I believe this place should have MAX 2-3 stars as a holidays residence, moreover, just want to make sure people is really aware that for barely €20 more a night they could be going to something much better, airbnb or a residence with a bare minimum service and care for their guests. Summarising this place is extremely overpriced, service is just non exiting, feedback (what’s that?) and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone I know. Sardegna, however, it’s a lovely destination, fell in love with the island and its people but the stay was truly below average. One last time, this is most definitely not a 4 star.

Very nice apartments, with kitchen on the balcony. Very good airconditioning saved us after very hot days. Its great that there are two airconditioning units and both very strong. Spacious rooms made it very comfortable to dry our bathing suits and towels. Bathroom was spacious as well and everything was clean. The only thing was missing - sponge and detergent, but when we mentioned it on the reception, in 15 minutes it was in our room (toulet paper was different story - but we bought our own, so when we asked about it and did not recieve it, we did not complain afterwards). The only thing that was difficult for me, were the chairs - they were quite used and it was not comfortable to sit in them and next option was to sit on the bed, because there is no couch. The location is also nice, 10 min from the beach, you have total privacy on the balcony and 5 in mins walk you have three different grocery shops. Parking is also very convenient, we always found a spot.

Do not understand why people complain about towels? We stayed 10 nights here and in the middle of our stay we received a huge set of fresh towels (3 big, 3 small, 2 floor towels) plus multiple sets of fresh blankets. Blanket sheets were huge size ( 3x3 meter) - not too small like in some other hotels or apartments, so you can wrap under mattress. Holiday apartment was huge, cousy, perfectly fitting huge terrace/balcony. Cooking, fridge (although rather without freezer, as freezer sections is not a real one, but ok), pans all you need to have vacation and to cook yourself. Air conditioning was great, cold and very calm. Sun shades are so perfect, that you get 0%, light if you want. Calm at day and night. An we enjoyed walking 10 minutes to the beach, as walking is healthy. Lots of free parking around hotel. 2xSupermarkets in less than 3 minutes walk distance. I recommend this place and would love to stay again.
